Delivery Policy
The delivery fee for each address is $15.00. (Please note that this fee may vary for deliveries outside our local delivery area.)
Orders placed in the United States must be received by 4:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. In the event that an order is received after that time, it will be delivered the following day.
While we will do our best to accommodate specific delivery times, we cannot guarantee them.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Holiday Deliveries
Orders should be placed at least one day in advance of the following major holidays to ensure on-time delivery: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
During the following holidays, our shop will be closed: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
Delivery Update
Your order status will be updated to your email as it is prepared, ready to deliver, on the way, and delivered with a proof photo. We are expecting you to be ready for delivery, or else the arrangement will be left at the door of the address for delivery.
Lost or Stolen Arrangements
DianasFlowerShops.com is not responsible for lost or stolen arrangements that are confirmed to be delivered with a photo proof at the delivery address for an order. Upon inquiry, DianasFlowerShops.com will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information will be provided to the customer with emails updating the product (flower arrangement) status to make sure you are their to receive if not will have to leave it at the door.
