Defective or Damaged Products
We have a photo of the product (flower arrangement) when it's delivered. If the image doesn't match how we delivered it, we wouldn't respond as it was delivered in good condition. Just contact us as quickly as possible if the product you received is faulty or damaged.
Returns
There are no refunds, but you may exchange the arrangement for one of the same price or the same if it's defective. Our guarantee only covers defective or damaged products. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in place so that we can continue to offer our delivery services on all orders and avoid fraud.
Lost or Stolen Arrangements
DianasFlowerShops.com is not responsible for lost or stolen arrangements that are confirmed to be delivered with a photo proof at the delivery address for an order. Upon inquiry, DianasFlowerShops.com will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information will be provided to the customer with emails updating the product (flower arrangement) status to make sure you are their to receive if not will have to leave it at the door.
Fraudulent orders
Some orders will require more information before they can be accepted as it can be that the information you provided during the payment was incorrect or incomplete. To avoid this, we'd contact you to ensure the information you provided was accurate.
